PAM LOVELACE, MEd

Pam Lovelace is a governance and strategy advisor, instructor, municipal leader, and keynote speaker with deep experience in public accountability and executive decision-making. As a former Deputy Mayor and Councillor at Atlantic Canada’s largest municipality, she worked at the intersection of policy, finance, infrastructure, and community engagement for Halifax Regional Municipality.

 

Pam founded Lovelace Advisory to help public organizations navigate complexity with confidence. She works alongside elected officials, executive leaders, and boards to strengthen governance frameworks, clarify strategic priorities, and align financial decisions with long-term public value. In addition to advisory work, Pam is a sought-after keynote speaker on:
